MOQ depends on the model, finish and order combination. Send your target quantity for each model so we can confirm the applicable minimum and quotation.
Can I request a sample?
Include the model and required specification in your sample request. Sample availability, charges and delivery arrangements need to be confirmed before ordering.
Can I combine models in one order?
Share your complete model list and quantities. Mixed-order arrangements and packaging requirements are reviewed with the quotation.
Can I request a different finish or packaging?
Tell us your preferred finish, dimensions, electrical requirements and packaging or branding needs. Feasibility, minimum quantities and any additional costs must be confirmed for the selected model.
How are lead time and shipping confirmed?
Provide your destination and required delivery date. Availability, production timing, shipping arrangements and any freight charges are confirmed for the specific order.
