Quotations
Website information is an invitation to request a quotation. Prices, availability, payment arrangements and quotation validity are as stated in our written quotation. A specific written agreement takes precedence over these general terms where permitted by law.
Orders
An inquiry or automated acknowledgement is not an accepted order. An order is formed only after written confirmation by the parties, on the terms recorded in the written quotation and order confirmation.
Specifications
The confirmed models and specifications in the written quotation and order confirmation govern the supply. Minor variations may occur through supplier production processes; any material change requires agreement. Refer to the written quotation and any approved sample.
Samples
Sample availability, sample charges and freight charges are as stated in the written quotation.
Delivery and risk
Delivery arrangements, the named place, transfer of risk and any applicable Incoterms rule and edition are as expressly agreed in the written quotation and order confirmation. No trade term or delivery date is implied by a website listing.
Warranty
Warranty coverage, exclusions and the claims process are as stated in the written quotation and confirmed supplier terms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Product images
Product images are based on original photographs or supplier images. Backgrounds and room settings may be digitally created or edited for presentation. Room settings are illustrative and do not represent actual installations. Please refer to the confirmed specifications and approved sample when ordering.
Intellectual property
Product designs and other intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. Images on this website are presented for product information; their display does not grant a licence to copy a design or imply that Junda Lighting owns all design rights. Refer to any permissions and supply arrangements recorded in the written quotation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate contractual liability relating to an order is limited to the amount of that order, unless otherwise agreed in the written quotation. This limit does not exclude or restrict liability for personal injury, property loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and disputes
The transaction is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are submitted to the competent People’s Court at the company’s domicile, subject to mandatory applicable law. Any agreed transaction-specific arrangements must be recorded in the written quotation and order confirmation. These sales terms do not restrict mandatory data-protection rights described in our Privacy Policy.
